Gem and Harmony accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, via pay Orders may be made via our web site, or by phone at 1-866-443-8652 or faxed to 514-937-2375. 

How do I return an item I purchased?
To return an item you have purchased follow these 4 easy steps.
1. Obtain the Return Authorization Number (RA#) by
clicking here.
2. Package your return carefully.
3. Ship the contents as you received them, with insurance and a tracking number.
3. All returns packaged should be sent to our warehouse.

How long will I have to wait for a refund?
Once we receive your return, your credit card account will be credited for any payment you have made toward your purchase. The credit will be made within 8 business days of receipt and verification of the merchandise. Credits usually show up on the following
monthly billing cycle after the date of receipt. Please Note: Delivery charges are not refunded.

What factors can delay order delivery?
Gem & Harmony always tries to deliver your orders in the timeliest manner. However, certain products or locations can affect shipping delivery times. Deliveries to
Canada usually result in a 3 day delay. Special custom orders may also be delayed. Orders can also be delayed due to credit verifications, and when the “Bill To” and “Ship to” addresses are not the same on high value orders. Orders of in stock products which are not rings usually ship out to our customers within 48 hours.

Where does the Gem & Harmony jewelry come from?
Gem & Harmony sells only the finest crafted jewelry. We use our exclusive supply chain to bring you up to date and fashion forward jewelry imported from around the world as well as manufactured in the USA and Canada.

What kind of guarantee do you offer?
Gem & Harmony wishes you to be satisfied with every purchase but we know that sometimes this is not the case. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return any order (except custom orders) for refund or exchange within 30 days of the date of shipment. Please read the Return Policy for more information.

What type of discounts do you offer?
Gem & Harmony offers an every day low price on most of our catalog known as "Price" or regular price.  Some products have special sale prices associated with them which offer a large discount known as the "Sale Price." How do I know my transaction is secure?
Gem & Harmony uses state of the art software and SSL (secure socket layer) security both on its website and in its transaction process. This guarantees that every transaction and all information collected is secure and remains secure.  Gem & Harmony never shares any customer information with any other parties. Gem&Harmony adds another layer of security by safeguarding its servers against attack or data extraction by using special encryption protocols.

Do you charge Sales Tax on your products?
Currently, Sales Tax is only charged within the state of
New York. All other states do not pay sales tax. Canadian provinces, however, are subject to sales tax and pay the GST/PST or HST rates accordingly. International orders may be subject to taxes by the customer for entry into a foriegn country.

How is Sales Tax Calculated?
Sales Tax is always charged on the total order value including shipping and handling charges.

How often does inventory change?
Some of our products will always be available. However, due to the nature of being on the cutting edge of style, we are constantly updating and changing our inventory to suit our customers' needs.  Please feel free to inform us of a style you like and we will do our best to get it for you.
