Payment Methods and Billing Policy

Gem & Harmony reviews every order for fraud after the order is placed on our website or via telephone. All fraudulent orders are reported to the authorities, black listed, and cancelled.

Once a successful order has been placed, and fraud verification has been conducted, the order is approved and prepared for shipment. Your credit card is only credited once fraud verification is complete and the order is changed to approved status. Gem & Harmony currently accepts VISA, MasterCard, Amercian Express and Discover as credit cards via PAYPAL secure checkout. All prices are in US funds.
 
Please note that Gem & Harmony posts refunds in US dollars for the amount purchased, for foreign currencies (Canadian Dollars) your bank will determine your rate of exchange and Gem & Harmony is not responsible for local currency values and changes to currency over time.

Any customer who receives a shipment from Gem & Harmony and is not satisfied, requests a refund, or would like to exchange their product for another should contact Gem and Harmo customer service at 1-855-813-7227 or [email protected].

Refunds can take up to 7 working days after a product has been received at our warehouse. Please consult the Gem & Harmony Returns Policy for further information.
